After graduating from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1993, I completed my compulsory service at Karabük No. 3 Health Center between 1993 and 1995. From 1995 to 1997, I served at Yalova Çınarcık Health Center.
Between 1997 and 2003, I completed my specialization training in the Department of General Surgery at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and became a General Surgery Specialist. I worked at Private Yunus Emre Hospital from 2003 to 2015. Since August 2015, I have been providing care at my private practice in Üsküdar.
